How to SPA

 

If your purchase includes "Products for you", you have 3 months to benefit from the treatments, from the date of purchase. In case of including products of any type of "Gift Voucher", the time will be 6 months.

 

Spa Opening Hours: Everyday from 9 am to 9 pm.

 

Fitness Opening Hours: From 7 am to 11 pm.

 

Arrival Time: For our Massages, Signature Rituals and Signature Packs, you are

encouraged to arrive 30 min prior to your appointment in order to relax and enjoy our

Temazcal and the Sensations/Cromotherapy shower since they are included. For other

treatments we recommend 10 min before your appointment.

 

Spa Etiquette: Please respect all Spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. The Spa

and Fitness are a mobile phone and smoke free zones. The Spa will provide towels,

bathrobes, slippers and all amenities required for use during your visit.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 24 hours will be charged with 50% of the

treatment amount. Within 12 hours will incur a 100% charge. A credit card or room

number will be required to secure all bookings.

  1. How to place an order?

To place your order you must first register as a user, for this you must complete the required data in the Customer Area section.

Your basket supports the purchase of a gift voucher by a single recipient. If you want to make more than one gift voucher purchase, you will have to make a new separate order.

To make the purchase, first add each of the services and products you want to the "shopping cart".

Before making the payment you must accept the general conditions of use and then you can click on "make payment" by credit card.

Orders placed from this website will not constitute a binding and binding contract unless and until MAYAN LUXURY GROUP sends you a confirmation by email.

Once you have received your purchase confirmation, you must call your SPA to book day and time and enjoy the services we offer. To guarantee the reservation the credit card number will be required or in the case that you are staying in one of the hotels with which we have a relationship, the room number will be required.

 

  1. Price and Payment

The VAT is included both in the price of the products and the services we offer on our website.

The prices that we offer of our products and in our catalogs of services can change at any time. However, the possible changes will not affect the orders to which we have already sent a confirmation of it. Once you have selected all the products and services you want to buy, these will have been added to your shopping cart and finally the order will be processed and the payment will be made.

You can use the cards identified on our website as a means of payment.

We guarantee that each of the transactions made is safe. All transactions that involve the transmission of personal or banking data are made using a secure environment.

By clicking on "Finish the Order" you are confirming that the credit card is yours.

To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information will be encrypted. Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer of the same, but if that entity does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or failure to deliver and we can not formalize any contract with you.

Discounts and promotions are not combinable. Only one discount or promotion can be applied per purchase

  1. Shipment and delivery of product

El coste de envío varía en función de la ubicación en la que quiera ser entregado, siendo así que para entregas nacionales el coste será inferior al de entregas en el resto de Europa.

El usuario puede optar por diferentes opciones de entrega de su “Bono regalo”, algunas pueden generar gastos de envío en función de la opción seleccionada.

Formas de envío:

La entrega del “Bono Regalo Electrónico” es recibida por correo electrónico o al email de la persona que usted desee.

La entrega del “Bono Regalo para Recoger en Spa. Recoja el Bono Regalo en el Spa de su elección (Hotel El Palace 5*GL u Hotel Claris 5*GL). Horario de los centros de 9 a 21h de Lunes a Domingo.

Bono Regalo a Domicilio. · Envío EXPRESS: Entre 1 a 4 horas por 12€, solo Barcelona ciudad. Envío Regular: Barcelona y resto de Catalunya 24-48hrs por 10€.  En el resto de España 24-48 hrs por 15€.  Para envíos en el resto de Europa 24-48hrs por 35€

La entrega en territorio de Europa no podrá ser determinado por razones logísticas y laborables de la empresa contratada.

 

  1. Withdrawal

The services offered through our website are found in article 103 letter "a" of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and users (modified by Law 3/2014, of March 27), by the one that establishes the exceptions to the right of withdrawal once the service has been completely executed or when the execution has begun and with the prior express consent of the consumer and user.

In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, the consumer has 14 calendar days to desist, as long as the service has not been fully executed during said period.

 

  1. Cancellation and return

Any "gift voucher" can be exchanged for any other type of treatment by paying the treatment difference if it is higher than the purchase of the initial gift voucher. Otherwise, there will be a balance in your favor for your next visit.

Any cancellation made with less than 24h. 50% of the treatment value will be charged. In the case of less than 12h. 100% will be charged.

 

  1. Loss of the "Gift Voucher"

In the case of loss of the "Bonus", each of them has a code that is registered in our system, so if you do not have the "bonus" the person who made the purchase would have to personify with your ID.

 

  1. Warranty

The guarantees and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

According to this norm, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to it of any lack of conformity. The consumer and user has the right, given the nature of the product, its replacement, the price reduction or the termination of the contract.

 

  1. Limitation of liability

 

MAYAN LUXURY GROUP could not be considered responsible for the breach of the contract concluded in case of stock rupture or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disturbance or total or partial strike, in particular, of postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood or fire.

 

  1. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The use of our website and product purchase contracts through said website will be governed by Spanish legislation. Any controversy that arises or relates to the use of the website or with said contracts will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals. If you are hiring as a consumer, nothing in this clause will affect the rights that are recognized by current legislation.
